When is the pool open?

The pool is open from mid June to mid September.

Is bed linen included?

Yes. All beds are furnished with bedding. During the summer months the duvets are replaced with sheets. If you would like a duvet during the summer months, these will be available in the room.

Are bath towels included?

Bath towels are included for stays of 7 nights plus, but not for stays that are less. Towels can be provided for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately we cannot accept furry friends as guests.

What time can we arrive/check-in?

Check-in can be between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. If you arrive before this time, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready. If your arrival is before 4.30pm, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will accommodate an early check-in where possible.

When do I have to check-out?

Check out is no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Can we book for more than 7 nights?

We can take bookings longer than 7 nights, however stays between 8-13 nights will be charged for a full week, unless the owner can fill those unused days with another booking.

Can we book for less than 3 nights?

We can take bookings for less than 3 nights, however you will be charged for 3 nights as it is our minimum stay.

Is the property secure for children?

Yes, the pool is covered and the property is fully enclosed. However, it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to monitor and safeguard their children at all times whilst on the property.

Is there air-conditioning in the property?

Currently there is no air-conditioning in the property. However this is being installed and will be in place from April 2025.

When is the local market day?

There is a market every Wednesday morning in Labastide-Saint-Pierre and on Saturday mornings in Montauban centre.
